Daily Assistance

Our daily assistance services include support with everyday tasks that may be challenging to manage alone. We help with essential activities such as showering, cleaning, and other household tasks, ensuring you can maintain your routine comfortably and effectively.

Support Coordination

Our Support Coordination service helps participants make the most of their NDIS plan. We work alongside you to understand your goals, connect you with the right providers, and coordinate supports that are tailored to your needs. At Ayul Community Care, we take a holistic and participant-first approach ensuring services are not only practical, but also build your confidence, independence, and well-being.

Transport

We provide transport services to help you get to and from various activities outside the home. This includes appointments, workplaces, educational facilities, and community destinations. Our specialised transport ensures you have reliable and comfortable travel options.

Household Tasks

To make home life easier, we offer assistance with essential household tasks. This includes cleaning, gardening, basic home maintenance, laundry, linen care, and meal preparation. Our goal is to ensure your home environment is well-managed and supportive of your needs.

Personal Training

Our personal training services focus on maintaining your health and well-being through tailored dietary and exercise programs. These supports aim to improve mobility, independence, and overall health, helping you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.

Life Skills and Development

We assist in developing essential life skills through individual training. This includes skills for community, social, and recreational activities, as well as practical life skills such as using public transport, resume building, managing taxes, saving, and enhancing social interactions.

Respite

Short-term accommodation and respite services offer temporary relief and support, providing a break from your usual home environment. This includes funding for short-term stays, ensuring you receive the necessary support and care during these periods.

Group Activities

We facilitate group activities to support socialisation and community participation. Whether in a centre-based setting or directly within the community, our group activities include classes and events like dance, cooking, and more, promoting social engagement and enjoyment.

Community Nursing Care

Support enabling providers to offer community nursing care to participants in their home to respond to the disability-related health needs of a participant where that care is not the usual responsibility of the health system. This is where participants require higher levels of care and support and may involve assistance with: Personal care, medication administration, supporting participants in the use of personal equipment including standing or walking frames, wheelchairs, hoists, sliding sheets or moving boards, hearing aids and other physical aids.
